With the World at large stepping tentatively into the 21st Century more and more of its citizens are rushing to embrace democracy. A few bastions remain, however. Bastions where bland PR and baby kissing count for a lot less than shameless self promotion and the willingness to destroy entire towns of opposition on a whim. It is time, once again, for the most brutal autocrats of the last 100 years to step up to the plate and compete for the title Dictator of Dictators.
